2.3 Booking Data

Bookings are managed via our partner Lodgify. Booking data (identity, contact details, dates of stay, payment) are processed in accordance with Lodgify's privacy policy. The Lodgify booking module is only loaded when you open the website's booking window.

2.4 Questions Asked to the Website Assistant

The website offers an assistant that answers your questions about our activities and the region. When you ask it a question, its text—along with that of previous exchanges in the same conversation—is transmitted to our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic PBC (United States), which drafts the response based on our information sheets. Anthropic's commercial terms prohibit it from using this content to train its models.

We do not record your questions or the responses. To limit the number of questions and prevent abuse, the server counts in memory, without recording it, the questions received from each IP address during the last hour. We kindly ask you not to enter any personal data in the assistant.

2.5 Maps

The website's maps (house location, activities, partners) are provided by Google Maps. To display them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

2.6 Guest Reviews

The reviews displayed on the website come from the platforms where our guests published them (Airbnb, Google, etc.). They are presented under the name chosen by their author on these platforms, as they were published there, and automatically translated into the website's languages by our artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic).

3. Processing Purposes

Our server and database are hosted in France. Some of our service providers (Anthropic, Google) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which ensure an adequate level of protection.
